Cancellation Policy

These are the cancellation terms and conditions for online and in person services with Breakthrough Savvy Ltd and Trilby Johnson

By booking a service via this website or email indicates acceptance of this policy.

LATE ARRIVALS OR SHORTER SESSIONS

Any session may be abbreviated if a client arrives late and will be charged the full amount.

If you want to shorten your session time, e.g from 90 minutes to 60 minutes, a 24 hours notice is required, otherwise the full amount of the original session is due.

CANCELLATION TERMS

1. For stand alone sessions:

For all sessions, 24 hours notice is required for cancellations so that your appointment time can be rescheduled. Where a booking is cancelled at short notice we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover the costs, unless you’re able to find a replacement. This also applies in cases of illness.

More than 24 hours notice – no fee

Within a 24 hours notice – 50% of service fee

3 hours prior to session and No Show – 100% of service fee

2. Mentoring 

Mentoring clients will receive a contact outlining the particular conditions for each mentoring service. The refund policy will be outlined in each contract.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

By purchasing any digital product from Breakthrough Savvy, you are acknowledging consent of agreement. There are NO refunds for digital products.

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR

The services provided at Breakthrough Savvy Ltd and Trilby Johnson are professional and therapeutic. A client understands that any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks, gestures or advances are not tolerated and will result in immediate termination of a session, with the client liable for payment in full.

Inappropriate behaviour is determined at the discretion of the owner.

These policies ensure that the professionalism and ethics of the businesses mentioned are respected.
