Our notion of 'age' can indeed expand as we age and our bodies support this as they go through hormonal changes, which sadly have been medically and socially labelled misleadingly. Nothing beats informed conscious experience.

I love your post. What amazes me about aging is the contrast that I experience from where I am now, from what I imagined it to be many years ago. I thought somehow, that I would be settled and ready for leisure time. What I experience is that I am on an adventure, and leisure time – what’s that? Thank you for your insights!
