I agree with you wholeheartedly that we have become so bombarded by external stimuli, that our focus has shifted, abandoning self-awareness and inner peace. How often does anyone contemplate what love…REAL love…means? Inner disconnect translates into fragmented engagement with others, resulting in mere shadows of relationships, void of depth and intimacy.
